An egg has millions of holes in its shell. It absorbs the odour and substance around itself very easily. This creates a bad taste if it’s kept in the fridge with other food ingredients. This shelf provides a place for eggs outside of the fridge. Also the freshness of eggs can be tested in the water. The fresher they are, the further they sink.

This is the sexiest MPPT Charge Controller I’ve ever seen!
My good friend Andrew has been slaving away for some time now on this product and it’s now shipping! The MPPT stands for Maximum Power Point Tracking and my basic understanding is that a Charge Controller optimizes the flow of electric current between a solar array (or wind) and a bank of batteries.
Anyhow, it’s a nice looking piece of hardware and it’s doing it’s part to liberate us from a fossil fuel centered energy economy. I want one!
